What are the coverage of officers/directors of subsidiary company in Japan for labor insurance and the social insurance system?

All officers/directors who will be paid salary in Japan are mandatory to join the social insurance system. But the labor insurance (the worker’s compensation insurance and employment insurance) is not applicable to him/her unless he/she is cogently acknowledged to fall under “the worker.”
