Coverage of officers/directors of subsidiary company in Japan for labor insurance and the social insurance system

All officers/directors who are paid salary in Japan are mandatory to join the social insurance system. But the labor insurance (the worker’s compensation insurance and employment insurance) is not applicable unless he/she is cogently acknowledged to fall under “the worker.”
